Refund Window and Intent #
ScriZen offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality so that you can evaluate SEO Page Auditor before purchasing. Because you can test the software before payment, refunds are not intended to function as no-questions-asked product rentals. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
When Refunds May Be Approved #
A refund may be approved when all of the following are true:
- The request is made within the 14-day refund window.
- The software experiences critical technical failures on your hardware or environment.
- The software does not materially perform the On-Page analysis functions described on the website.
- You contacted support and gave our team a reasonable opportunity to review or resolve the issue.
- The issue could not be resolved within a reasonable support process.
How to Request a Refund #
To request a refund, contact the Support Desk at support@scrizen.com and include the email used for the purchase, order details, a clear description of the issue, steps already taken, and any relevant screenshots or logs.
License Status After a Refund #
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or canceled, the related license will be revoked. A refunded license cannot continue to be used to activate SEO Page Auditor.
