To help us resolve issues faster, include as much of the following as you can when contacting the Support Desk:

  • Application version.
  • Windows version.
  • Your license email or order email.
  • Exact error message text.
  • Screenshots.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Logs or diagnostics if requested.

The more context you send, the faster we can help.
